We often come across the term “raise your vibration.” Ever wonder what it means or how to accomplish that?
It is a known fact, that everything is constantly vibrating- atoms are constantly in motion. They vibrate in rhythm with other atoms and create a bond for the existence of an object. Due to external forces, the energy in the atoms causes them to vibrate at a frequency that is unrhythmic and causes the disintegration of the object. That rule applies to our own inner vibration as well. There is a vibration constantly in motion within us, but making it rhythmic is essential, which brings resilience from the outside forces that can cause the rhythm to break and create chaos in our minds and bodies.
There are many ways to regulate the rhythm of our inner self to vibrate in sync with the atmosphere that we are in. But regular meditation has been proven to be the most effective way and something that can be done with minimal direction if you know a few basic rules. Mediation has been usually associated with spirituality, but it has a lot of scientific and psychological implications and benefits to it as well. It makes everything better.
Consistency is essential for best results. 10-20 minutes every day is quite effective and beneficial. Some benefits of meditation might be very unexpected which is why I wanted to write this. Meditation is unbelievingly a great enhancer of life in all aspects both directly and indirectly.

- Take a deep breath and count to four
- Keep your focus on your breath and breath out, counting to eight.
- Repeat until your time is over.
- Repeat this every day possibly at the same time and place.
